Return Process

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
